Terms and Conditions for SEO Local

Welcome to SEO Local! These Terms and Conditions govern our services and your engagement with SEO Local, an SEO company based in Lehi, Utah. By subscribing to our services, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Overview

SEO Local provides subscription-based SEO service plans to enhance your business’s online visibility. Our services are offered as 30-day recurring plans that automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. Subscription Terms

• Auto-Renewal: All SEO Local service plans operate on a 30-day recurring basis. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each 30-day cycle unless canceled in advance.
• Billing: By subscribing to our services, you explicitly authorize SEO Local to automatically charge your preferred payment method for each renewal period until cancellation. You will receive a receipt for each payment.
• Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, a written notice must be provided at least 30 days before the next renewal date by emailing contact@seolocal.us. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the subscription being renewed for an additional 30-day period.

3. Refund Policy

• No Refunds: Payments made for our services are non-refundable. This applies to both the initial subscription period and any subsequent renewal periods.
• No Pro-Rated Refunds: Partial service periods will not be refunded upon cancellation.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provision of Information: To ensure the effectiveness of our SEO services, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information as requested by SEO Local.
• Compliance: Clients must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations when engaging with SEO Local’s services. SEO Local reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any illegal or unethical use.

5. Communication Consent

By subscribing to our services, you expressly consent to receive communications from SEO Local, including but not limited to service updates, billing notifications, and marketing messages via email, text message, or other electronic means. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our messages or by contacting us directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

While SEO Local employs proven strategies and best practices to enhance search engine rankings, we make no guarantees regarding specific ranking outcomes or the sustainability of achieved rankings. Search engine algorithms, competition, and other external factors beyond our control may impact keyword rankings. Consequently, SEO Local disclaims liability for any loss, decrease, or fluctuations in keyword rankings or related website performance. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk and agree that SEO Local shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from changes in keyword rankings.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

8. Modification of Terms

SEO Local reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes via email at least 14 days before implementation. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
